An Ode means “to dedicate,” “to recite,” or “anthem”.

The literal translation is “a poem expressing thoughts or feelings about a particular person or author, usually written to that person or subject".

We added the name O-DE to mean that the organization will be an “anthem” to various initiatives, values, and ideas.

This may sound arcane, but in order to play the "anthem", we must find something that resonates with it. In this sense, we aim to be a strong yet flexible organization, both philosophically and competently.

Ode（オーデ）とは、「捧げる」「詠う」「讃歌」という意味を持っています。

直訳では「特定の人物や作者について考えや感情を表現した詩で、通常その人物や対象に向けて書かれる」。

様々な取り組みや価値観、思想に対し、「讃歌」をかなで、「讃歌」となる組織となるのだという意味を込めてO-DE（オーデ）と付けました。

小難しい話ですが、讃歌を奏でるには、そこに共鳴するものを見出していかなければなりません。その意味でも、哲学的にも、実力的にも強くもしなやかな組織であることを目指しています。

O-DE has no shape, but exists like a liquid.
We change the shape of any problem by considering its roots.

Just as a house cannot be built without a frame, and muscles cannot be built without bones, we consider what we should be, both mentally and physically, in a multidimensional way, taking balance into consideration.

Where there is no path, we create a new path. We understand and follow the rules of that path, and create a system.

At times, we create new rules for new roads. Depending on the time and environment, we derive hardware and software from various angles and create them organically.

O-DE is a structure, and we create the way things should be in every field.

カタチはなく、液体のような存在
どのような問題にも、根源から考えてカタチを変えていく。

フレームがなければ家は建てられず、骨がなければ筋肉はつかないように、私たちはバランスを考慮しながら、精神的にも物理的にも多元的にあるべき姿を考える。

道のないところには新しく道をつくる。
その道のルールを理解し、ならして、仕組みを創りだす。

時には新しい道に、新しいルールをつくる。
時や環境に応じて、ハードやソフトを多様な角度から導き出し、有機的につくりあげる。

O-DEとは構造であり、私たちは、どの分野においても、あるべきカタチを創造していきます。
